Entire process took about a week. Had a 30-minute phone call with an analyst followed by a 'super day' with 4 30-minute interviews. Questions were fairly straight forward and interviewers were easy to converse with.

I applied online through their website portal and was contacted a couple weeks later for a zoom call with HR. I was then advanced to the next round which was two interviews with senior analysts I would potentially be working with. I did both interviews (which started late) and was then promptly ghosted and never heard back from the firm, HR, or the analysts. Very, very poor behavior from an investment banking firm touting "transparency and close knit values" throughout the process.
