I was contacted for an initial phone screening after applying. This was followed with an online interview with the manager that appeared to go quite well. I was contacted for a second video interview. When I was already online for the second interview I was told that the interview needed to be rescheduled. This was slightly irritating but these things happen. Several days passed with no word regarding a new time for the interview. I then contacted MTSI and was told they were still trying to find a time. And then…nothing. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional. If MTSI changed their mind regarding my application that of course is their right, but they should have had the courtesy to let me know, especially considering the time and effort I took to prepare for the second interview (and the first). I had heard extremely good things about MTSI and was very disappointed by this experience as a result.
