Morning on the desk, HR interview and personality quiz My interview with Polly, head of sales, was very normal and she asked the typical competency and motivational questions you'd expect in a first round. The CEO Ray thinks he's some sort of personality guru and asks the most strange questions. Not questions that provoke a reaction or put you under pressure, just ones that you'd expect to be asked at a counselling session - he had an odd obsession with what my parents do and continued this line of questions for a good chunk of the interview. He seemed bored and disinterested in the process as a whole - an highly unprofessional man. Furthermore, my interview was cancelled 3 times on the day (approx 1 hour before the proposed start time). When I arrived at my morning on the desk - it appeared they had forgotten I was booked in for that morning so everyone was passing me around in a state of confusion. The fellow sales personnel were very accommodating though. In conclusion, the establishment seems as if its operating at the bottom end of the market and based on the interview process, I'd say this is a place to avoid.

I went to verify if everything interviewees mentioned about the "CEO" is true and indeed it turned out to be a very unpleasant interview. I went during spring time but i feel the winter's chill (if you get the pun). The interviewer came in with T-shirt /Jeans/Sneaker. He spread his leg wide open with right thigh resting on the sofa and right arm fully stretched on the sofa's back (just imagine how a mafia boss would sit). He looked at you as if you've committed a heinous crime. And whatever that you mentioned in your CV will be either downplayed or deemed stupid by him. The lady HR manager did not speak a single word during the session. I only used him to practice my interview skills and I am quite glad that I've verified everything is true based on what others mentioned
