Interviewed for the Fixed Income Sales role in Singapore, was notified of the role through a recruiter. CEO Ray Winters was downright condescending and rude - I would say he is the rudest interviewer I have met. Made many unnecessary and appalling remarks including personal attacks and assumptions about my character. Asked about my parents job and when I replied, asked if my parents switched jobs in a few months (I was less than a year into my job at that point) Eventually I realized there was no point engaging with him and just blankly agreed and said I would be staying in my current job instead - something I have never said in any interview I’ve had. Came on to Glassdoor and was surprised and amused to see all the reviews on him - they are accurate. Good luck to whoever takes on this role, truly!

Pleasant and polite but no follow ups after the interview. 2-3 rounds for each interview. Asked both behavioural and market intuition questions in the interview, and your prior experience and motivation for joining the firm or transiting to the role.
