I was called in for an interview, then asked when I was available and came in for the in house interview. Took about 2 hours. I applied with a resume but also had to fill out their computer application. Then there was a drug and physical exam I took that same day.

I went in on a Friday met the the GM and Dispatch Supervisor and I was sent to HR to get paperwork. I was sent for my drug test did my background check and started training the following Monday.

The interview process was very professional the enviorments was quite and calm. The human resource person was very professional. I also interviewd with the shift supervisor over dispatch. They both took turns asking question and going over the company policy.
