Initially called for Direct Walkin thru paper ad and then interviewed and result communicated in 10 days time. Though more numbers called for interview, interviewer was satisfied with the response i gave assuring him of developing in the weak areas which they expected resource to fit in. Salary negotiation was also in the acceptable range, so facilitation went smooth
