Bad and unprofessional. Interviewed via Teams, I turned on my cam but the employer did not show her face. The person who claimed herself as COO asked really simple questions and only offer really basic salary. As this company is from the US, the amount they offered to me is as low as wage slavery. I instantly deny the offer. She also said no work overtime bonus salaries, and she asked me whether I can work in long hours. I read somewhere also that this company had lots of unpleasant one-sided layoffs with no clear reason and explanations why, which makes me even wonder the professionalism of this shady company. Also this company is so shady as there is no clear signage at the office , which is questionable whether the business is legit or illegal. Be mindful about this.

The interview was mainly telling about my self and conversation with interviewer. I enjoyed the entire interview. I learnt more about the company and I'm looking forward to work there.
