Interview process is pretty intense. I had several rounds of interviews with people from different departments. The technical questions were all fairly easy to answer and the interviews definitely have more of a focus on culture fit. MX’s culture is sacred to them so they protect it by having you meet with so many different people. It’s a lot and it’s overwhelming but I completely understand why they do it!

A lot of the questions are behavioral based questions like “how did you handle a situation when...” If you’re not familiar with behavioral questions then I would recommend googling it and practicing them before your interview.

Lengthy process that took about 1 1/2 months. At each level, the interviewers were very kind and welcoming. Every person with whom I spoke made me want to work at MX more.
The culture fit is huge. Reviewing the company values early-on is beneficial.

Three interviews, different departments and different levels of seniority. Everyone was very smart, interesting and kind. Very focused on culture and personality fit. Very transparent about their company values and structure.
