I was contacted by the hiring manager and in the first round was very casual about getting to know about you and the role and company.
For the second round, I was asked to show some sample work that I do in my current company like code snips and reports.
This round was only for 30mins, they asked me to join 5mins late and the call lasted for only 25mins.
I was able to show some of the reports and dashboards that I have built but I couldn't share many snapshots of my code as there was not much time left.
I got rejected after the second round. It would have been better if they assessed based on some SQL assessment or some data analytics project for the second round instead of looking at the snapshots at the current company.
In this whole process, I never got a chance to talk to the recruiter, was never asked about compensation-related questions.

7 Interviews, culture fit is taken very seriously. The interview process revolves around MX's core values and behavioral fit as well as 1 technical interview. Sentinel and Executive Interviews are part of the process as well.
