After an initial screening, I had several interviews with the sales team and management, followed by a case study to prepare and present. The process was demanding but structured, with a genuine desire to assess sales skills, analytical abilities and the ability to structure a recommendation.

first interview went good, second too, task interview in 3rd stage went very good. One more conversation with the CRO, which was not completely convinced, so we did one more task. Then after 4 weeks no response. either yes or no.
