For every role in our business, we evaluate candidates on a mix of hard and soft skills. We view soft skills like interpersonal savvy, the ability to drive engagement, and effectively build relationships inside and outside of the company as key to success in the Account Director role. These skills are harder to quantify in a traditional interview setting so a priority for us is to get to know our candidates and also allow candidates to get to know the team. Although we ultimately decided not to offer you the position, we did enjoy meeting you and wish you the best!
