My story with this company goes back about 3 years. I was thinking about relocating to WA and exploring companies in the area when I came across them. They were super friendly and helpful in answering questions before I applied for a position. Once I applied, they flew me out from CA for an interview and it went very well. The people I met with were clearly very driven and knew what they were looking for. They also did a good job of emphasizing that the people on the team were very important to them. They took me out to lunch, introduced me to the staff, and provided a very warm welcome. Unfortunately, once they extended and offer I wasn’t able to accept due to some personal matters. They kept in touch with me periodically over the next couple years. Flash forward to the present day and I’m finally able to make the move up to WA. So the first thing I did was reach back out to them and luckily they had an opening. I interviewed with their Public Works team and Land Development team and they were both very nice and made me excited to join their team finally. I took the job and start soon.
