I had a phone interview and then took an online version on the Wonderlic Test. Then they flew me into one of their offices where I took a paper version of the Wonderlic Test and then had 4 interviews, each lasting about an hour.

Took IQ and personality test after applying. Was contacted three months later to interview. Was asked to prepare a case study based on reducing scrap rate. Interview process was two rounds, first with recruiters and second with an engineering and HR manager. Everyone was very nice and I was sad to reject the offer, but the compensation with regards to time off did not align with what I needed. Also faced communication issues with hiring manager after offer was sent.
