First interview was with their HR rep. Second interview with a team of individuals from different departments that were related to the role. I was offered the job two weeks later before even discussing salary, bonus, and general expectations.

Relaxed and informative as much about getting to know each other and the company. Held over Teams which made it easier to schedule in. Questions around what Mace are and do as a whole, what the role entailed and some capability questions too. The downer is that Mace never even got back to me after the interview to say if I was successful or not, they (a multinational company), decided that ghosting was a better tactic than to follow up.
