Day-long assessment center. Two group activities with other candidates with an individual presentation sandwiched between. The group activities were to show how we worked in a team to make decisions and execute a brief, whereas the presentation tested our analysis skills

During the presentation we had some time to look through the information provided then present what we thought was the best solution. At the end of the presentation, they asked if we would have changed the solution we chose (if we were given more time) and why we chose Mace.

Kind and easy. Great company, the hiring process was fast and easy. I applied online and was contacted within a week by HR. Overall, the process was professional, and the interviewers were friendly and engaging.
The rope interviewing were nice a friendly and asked good questions which naturally built a conversation between the three of us . Would tecommenchecked their values on their website as. Lot of questions were based on them

I attended a job fair on the project and had a chat with the MEP lead for Mace at that time. Couple of weeks later I got an e-mail and scheduled interview.
