Generally an okay interview process, felt kinda boiler plate. The recruiter I spoke to was very warm and engaging, but the following two members of the team were a little more cold and to the point with their questions in their respective interviews, which was a little intimidating. First round was very conceptual, pretty much the questions that have been posted here going back a few years: basic OOP principles, SQL questions. You'll also probably be asked about projects on your resume and they're not afraid to get technical, so be ready to work through some stuff with them. I didn't think I did too well on this, so I was surprised to be moved to the next round. Second round was a zoom audio call. Tough but in a very strange way. It was mostly behavioral, but they'll probably ask you some sort of brain teaser. I got the how many ping-pong balls can fit into a bus question, but the interviewer didn't seem to be very receptive to me trying to work out the problem and wanted an exact answer from me, which was strange, so I guess brush up on your calculus or just Google the question, which has a pretty easy answer if you just happen to know the measurements to a bus (volume of the bus - chairs and such / volume of the ping pong balls). Company seems like a great place, good work culture, benefits, and motivated and caring people. I'm disappointed it didn't work out but it is what it is.

It was pretty generic, the interviewer asked questions like Tell me about yourself, What got you interested in Macedon, etc. There were scenerio based questions as well. Since it's a swe consultant role, they're looking for someone with experience in their tech stack along with great communication skills.
