Fairly enjoyable and slightly commercially challenging. Three components: written exercise, competency interview and case study. My favourite aspect was the competency interview as it was more of a casual conversation than a drilling interview type.
Difficult but enjoyable. I had a group exercise - negotiation, interview, case study interview and a written exercise. I did well in everything apart from my case study interview - I was told this on my feedback call.

Very nice, Everyone was very easygoing and lovely. A lot more laid back than I expected. We were firstly put into groups for the group negotiation exercise, and then given the written exercise. Lastly the day finished with an interview with a partner and a senior associate.
