The overall interview experience was quite disappointing. The hiring manager showed a very unfriendly attitude throughout the session, with a serious and unpleasant expression. During the interview, instead of having a proper conversation about my experience and skills, the manager was marking and making notes directly on my résumé as if correcting it.
Despite already knowing my expected salary, they still tried to push it down by 20%. The interview process was also disorganized — I was rescheduled three times, always informed only a day before, and had no choice but to follow their timing.
When I finally attended the interview, it was clear that they were looking for someone experienced but cheap. The actual job scope they described was completely different from what was written online. The role listed as “Procurement Executive” was actually more like an admin position.
Overall, the experience gave me the impression that they are mainly looking to hire an overqualified person for an admin job at a low salary. Not worth the time if you value professionalism and transparency.
