The interview process was average. 5 behavioral interview questions + 2 general education and experience questions. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes via Zoom. The interviewers were pleasant and nice. Overall, a good interview.

Explain a situation where you have to deal with a misunderstanding
Basic HR screening questions - will ask you if you've completed medical terminology certificate/medical office admin course or related experience. Interview with the panel will ask you more behavioural questions related to the role.
