I had to send of my application, then invited for interview. I had an exam the following week so was reluctant to travel from my university to London. They were very kind in offering a Skype interview instead. On the day we had technical issues on both ends, I became a nervous wreck as I wasn't able to resolve the issues. The interviewer kindly decided to reschedule the interview in 2 hours time so I could regain my composure and this time we did a telephone interview. It went fine, I was quite nervous and probably spoke too fast/sounded too robotic as I had too many sheets in front of me, but about two weeks later I got an email saying I got the internship. I suspect they might have offered it to someone else first due to the time lapse but I was glad for the offer nonetheless.
