There was an initial test of technical skills, technical interview, psychometric test and a"behavioural" interview which tangented from q1 (so more of an industry awareness interview), all via Zoom and phone calls

Usually 2 levels, one is technical other one is more to see understanding of the architecture etc. Psychomteric test is also taken. If required a client interview would be hosted.
