This was my first job interview ever, and was going to be my first job. When I first arrived, they had problems figuring out who was going to interview me, but other than that it was fine. It was a rather quick process and involved questions like, "Why do you want to work here? Have you ever shown leadership to others and explain what happened? If you ever caught someone stealing what would you do?" It was pretty much like a job assessment when you apply... but being nervous and all for my first interview I really wasn't ready for such open-ended questions.
