Pretty easy, nothing crazy. Basic questions. Asked if I had any experience with retail and customer service. After the background check you’re good to go. Management isn’t the best but it’s alright.

we're invited by email to schedule interview. i show up early. but still have to wait for an interviewer to arrive, and sometimes they don't even know they had someone scheduled at all... My info was put in wrong, as "sales"... and i had to repeat the process again... and do ALL the training videos again. Now i'm in, but i have yet to get any hours on my schedule... receiving Associate is a very very slim job with few hours.

Dress professional and stay confident, they just want to get to know you. The interview was easy. It was just a conversation the human resources has with you to see if you are a fit for the position.
The interview included a typing test and basic behavioral questions. There were some scenario based questions and questions about previous work experience and education. Overall a straightforward and simple interview process
