I applied online at the store using their computers. I did this because I wanted to see if HR manager while applying. The questions asked were basic multiple choice questions. It was a little like a personality test, asking what would you do if a particular event happened. Nothing difficult, just answer honestly. I was contacted via email the same day to schedule an interview for the next business day (four days in this case due to Labor Day). The interview was a 1:1 where the manager just literally read questions off a page and I answered them. These were open ended questions that were not difficult to answer at all. The entire interview lasted less than an hour, and I was offered a position immediately after the questions.

I was interviewed by one woman, then she passed me on to another woman interview me after her and after that I was offered the job. The questions were fair and tough.
