I am 18 years old, I have never had a job, nor had I ever had a job interview. I applied online and a few days later, I got an email asking me to sign up for an interview date. I chose the first one available. I showed up early and was asked to be seated then a few minutes later a hiring manager took me into a room for the interview. She was very friendly and tried to make me feel at ease. She asked me a few questions on what I would do in particular situations, how Ive worked with others as a team in the past and where I am currently going to school. She then told me that all the departmental jobs were assigned so I would be on the Flex team. So basically I choose my hours online for the week and will be placed in whichever department they need me in. We picked training and orientation dates and she told me what to bring next time we meet to go over paperwork. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I am excited to start working!
