Very easy straight forward interview. Group was informed about job detail. We picked our schedule and were given our drug test and waited for the background check to come back.

Appointment was determined by phone call from a recruiter. I was instructed to head over to the third floor at the set time to the management offices. Only one recruiter conducted the interview. They really mostly focus on past customer service experience. The questions revolve around it.
