Very easy. Manager explains basic duties related to job, emphasizes the importance of integrity, and asks for availability. After interview, you'll be asked to provide information for a background check. If that clears, AST managers call and setup times for training on the computers.

I was interviewed by one woman, then she passed me on to another woman interview me after her and after that I was offered the job. The questions were fair and tough.

The interview process was not that hard. It consisted of a phone interview the a in person interview the following week. The questions they asked were not to hard or serious. I ended up getting a call back later that day with a job offering?

I applied online and got an email a few days later to schedule an interview with them. I selected a day to go in and it was surprisingly it was pretty simple!
