Met with recruiter at a career fair and had a short conversation which is very important to get a return call. Didn't hear back until about a month later and then went through two phone interviews which were very lax and not so stressful. they asked a couple typical questions which I'll add in addition to this description and then they brought me and about a dozen others out to LA and put us up in a Mariott hotel for the night all expenses paid to do a two-day in-person interview. the first day was easy just getting situated with check-in, touring a Macy's presentations by important higher-ups, then dinner that you need to use to get to know your interviewers for the next morning. The second day we had a full 8-hour schedule which consisted of 1 on 1 interview, then a group interview with two exercises, meeting with former EDP employees, and some management. Don't worry, breakfast and lunch were included. The most important quality they wanted to see from you was you projecting confidence in your answers so do not let them see any fear or hesitation no matter how unprepared or non-confident you feel in yourself.
