I applied online a week or two ago. I got an email to schedule an interview and I scheduled it for that following Monday. I was 15+ minutes early and end up waiting an hour after my scheduled interview time. My interviewer finally came in after having to be called twice. It was fairly quick. She ask basic interview questions right off a paper and wrote my response down. Then she asked me about my availability and whether I wanted Full or Part time. She offered me the job on the spot. Now I am currently waiting to get my email to start my training and to complete paperwork.

I had two interviews over the hiring process.. once for the initial position I was interviewing for.. and then a second time for getting into a different position the hiring manager thought I'd be good in. While it was difficult to get hired, I've been happy with my time at the company.
It was a very simple process. I applied online and was asked to give an in-person interview about a week later. The interview took about 15-20 minutes and I was told then if I was hired or not.
