I talked to the recruiters at a career fair on campus and applied through my university's platform. I got scheduled for the interview a week later. Before then, we had to take a retail math quiz and a critical thinking quiz. The interviews were on campus, 2 back to back interviews that were 30 minutes each. I got the offer a week later.

It went well, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere I received when speaking to the person across the screen. It didn't just feel like your general interview as she also enganged
Fair but with expectations about Macys acumen. Must know the business structure and things affecting the business. Fast recruitment heard back within 4 weeks of applying which was very nice. HR could be more responsive

The interview process consisted of a behavioral section and then part 2 was about a worksheet you pre answer prior to the interview. The worksheet asks you to look at the macys website and see strengths and weakness. It asks for improvements and suggestions. It was around 45 mins virtually and very casual.
