Information is given on the day of and you have 30 or 40 minutes to discuss with your members on how to solve the issue. There are two managers who observe you and your team to see how you work as a team member. After the 30-40 mins, you have to present your solution to the managers and answer their questions 1 interview with a VP: basic behavioral questions like "Tell me about a time you had to motivate someone", "Tell me about a time you had to compete with someone, what was the outcome, and what did you learn" 1 interview with a HR manager: A lot of ethical questions, and personal questions like "how to you manage to have a work life balance, tell me what you do to achieve that" Lastly, there is a retail math test. They give you a simple calculator, the equations and you have 1 hour to complete the questions. 1 hour is more than enough time.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
