So let me just preface this by saying I had no prior work experience going into this interview: I was an 18 year girl who was looking for her job.
Anyways, I applied online and within two weeks I got an email saying they would like to schedule an interview with me. The email contained a link to this website where there was like 20-25 different interview times/dates to choose from. I choose the next avaible date (Monday) for 11:45.
I dressed in slacks, a black tee shirt, a striped black/grey blazer, black earrings & necklace and just plain black boots that I wore underneath the slacks so you couldn't see them.
I arrived early and followed the directions that the email contained. The "Excecutive Office" was very busy - there were people coming and going - all dressed nicely in black. I left my name with someone and went to wait outside where two other girls were waiting. ( NOTE: these girls were not dressed nicely)
Around my interview time I was called back and was interviewed in the middle of the hallway. The lady was very nice and smiled and laughed at the right times.. For me personally, the interview was little awkward only because I had no prior experience. So when she asked a question like, "tell me about at time you and a team worked together to sell something" I was at a loss for I only had funny stories of selling candy for my high school team. So my advice on the interview (if you don't really have a strong resume) USE YOUR PERSONALITY. So although I didn't have any experience, I was funny and outgoing and really let my personality do the talking.
After about ten mintues of questions she said she was going to review my application and then call me back. So after another 10 mintues of waiting I was called back and asked to come back in one hour to have a second interview with a store manger. (I took this as a good sign)
After I came back I met with another lady who told me she was the manger of the Men's department. She walked me around the store, told me the facts about the department, and gave me the breakdown of what was expected from me weekly.
After that she sent me to another room where they took my information and "welcomed me aboard".
I start training in two days.
Overall: Dress nicely, you want to show that you can fit in there (and everyone dresses nicely there so don't feel uncomfortable) Be clean and put together (obvious). And really just be yourself, they are looking for people that are fun and outgoing, someone who can engage the customers and make a sale.
Very simple. Good Luck :)

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
