It took them one week to call me after i had applied. I went in for an interview and had to wait a little because my original interviewer was late so another manager decided to take me in. We went inside a room and he asked me basic questions about my experience, he gave me scenarios, and also asked me why Macy's. after that he told me what position i would be good for and he put me at a computer to fill out documents online

The questions were easy and I got hired right away. I was asked only a few questions and it took less than 15 mins to complete the interview. Management was nice too.

I initially applied online through a job search engine and after about a week passed I received an email that I had been selected to come in to the store for an interview. I had to schedule the interview online, which was very easy and simple to do. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and inviting. She definitely wanted to ensure that I felt comfortable and attempt at minimizing any pressure I was feeling at the time. She asked me a series of straight-forward questions, leading to her hiring me on the spot. She left the room for a moment to see what part-time positions she had available and then came back to inform me that I would be working as a Seasonal Support Associate in the Women's Shoe Department.
