Asked about previous retail experience as well as merchandising experience. Was told I was over-qualified for the position and did not receive an offer.

Casting call was a excellent place to be when I was hired. Talented people to interview you. And very competitive to get a ask. Attire was important of course. New York City was excellent
Interview was conducted online, automated and with hiring staff. Notified of next steps via email and phone call. Application process and approval process were streamlined. Everything was well communicated up to and including reporting for the first day of work.
