Very simple and easy,applied in macys website and I joined as seasonal and they made permanent.I was joined as part time employee and worked there for 2 years, and still working there.

Pretty fast and easy was able to start quick. Interview was followed by training and within the second or third day I finished training aka watching videos I started work immediately
