There is only one interview for Store Management Interns. You first do a 1-on-1 interview and then you have a "coaching" session. In the coaching session they ask you to evaluate an associate performance sheet and decide which associate needs coaching, describe why they need it, and outline a plan on how you would coach them.

The most odd question I was asked was: "What other retailers are you looking at?"
Two 30 minute interviews with two different managers back to back. Learn how to sell yourself and what makes you unique and you’ll do great. Both were very helpful with answering questions.
2 interviews each 30 min; application was not hard and interviews was divided between two people; one interview was Focused on technical stuff and one was personal experience. Overall not a strenuous process and knew within 2 weeks.

Had to attend two 30 minute interviews with store managers. Spoke with two different managers from different store locations and had different interview questions. Both situational and behavioral questions were asked to access my ability and how you are on a personal level for customer relations
