I applied Back in November, and did not get this Interview until Jan 2014. They Verified my Resume Asked my salary range, Asked if willing to move asked a few questions. The interviewer was polite and tried to put me at ease asking about the weather. After the Interview he described the program to me and the steps of the Interview process if I am make the whole process.

Starts with a phone screen which was very basic. They are interested in what you did in the military as either a SR NCO or an Officer. Think to be competitive as an NCO you need to at least be an E8 or you will get lost in the process. After phone screen the send you a first test that is critical thinking but fairly easy. I was told they loose 10% here. Then if you pass that you get sent to a second assessment test. This was a rationale test similar to some of the stuff on an ACT. I was told 70% are out at this point. Then you get a f2f interview in your local market with a RSVP. At this point you will be told if you make it to the final round in Cincy. You will be flown to the Hq have a meet and greet and the next day round robin interviews.
