interview process was great. Hearing back after the interviews took a little longer than expected. But overall good process compared to others. I was pleased with who i spoke to on interviews.

Fair but with expectations about Macys acumen. Must know the business structure and things affecting the business. Fast recruitment heard back within 4 weeks of applying which was very nice. HR could be more responsive

The interview process consisted of a behavioral section and then part 2 was about a worksheet you pre answer prior to the interview. The worksheet asks you to look at the macys website and see strengths and weakness. It asks for improvements and suggestions. It was around 45 mins virtually and very casual.
