Apply online, go in for an interview and do a test. Wait for awhile for them to review your application and your test results. Talk to the interviewer for 5 mins. And they tell you if they want you or not. Very easy interview process.

In all interviews they ask you what was the hardest thing you have had to do for past employee's and how did you manage it. I don't get this question, can you answer that question by saying "This question was the hardest thing in my past employees and I managed by giving this same answer?"
