I first had to apply on line. Then i got a email to attend the interview. DId one interview with the cosmetic manager then with the store manager. Second had to meet with the cosmetic vendor was interviewed for why i wanted the position. Third had to meet with my cosmetic counter manager and store manager. Finally had a rigourous interview on the phone with the cosmetic executive. My adviced if you love what your applying show your best traits and dont be shy.

Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
