I had an interview in 2008 and it first they do a group interview. After they check your information in the computer, they will either tell you that they dont have what you are looking for or if they do keep you, you have to do a one on one interview with a manager. Just be positive, upbeat, and serious about what you want.

I was interviewed by one woman, then she passed me on to another woman interview me after her and after that I was offered the job. The questions were fair and tough.
