first, phone call interview and you will be asked some behavior questions over the phone. Next, they will provide an online information session, it is a presentation about Macy's history, culture and most importantly their M.O.M strategies. You better take notes during the online presentation. And then you will be filtered to the final round interview which is half day long. 3 hours case study and two individual interviews. One with either a merchant/a planner depends on your preference on which EDP program you want to get in. Then the second individual interview is with one of the representatives from Human Resource. Again, whole bunch of behavior questions, be prepared to share examples.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
