I interviewed at the Water Tower place, and all the associates were very nice, i got there about 20 minutes early and the lady at the desk checked me in. My interview was one on one, and the interviewing manager on day 1 was so nice! She read questions off a piece of paper and most read something like "Describe the perfect customer experience, name a time when you had to portray leadership, etc." Very smooth. Some of the questions were worded a little funny, so she always rephrased them in her own words. She informed me at the end of the interview that I would be hired, but that i needed to be interviewed by the department manager. When I came in the following day to be interviewed by him, he was very stern and strict looking. He mostly asked questions from the top of his head, as if he knew exactly what type of employee he DIDNT want to hire. I filled out some paperwork, and he congratulated me on the job.
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
