The interview started a bit late because the hiring manager was a bit preoccupied with helping someone else with something. I came about ten minutes early to the interview and was pretty prepared by the time my interview started. The hiring manager did not know much about makeup, so the questions were all pretty much based on sales. Be sure to review the interview questions because your answer is obviously important especially if there are a lot of people interviewing. All in all, just be you and let your charming personality shine through. (I'm on-call merely because I will only be working the summer before I have to go back to college).
