I have 10 years experience in tech: data warehouse, analytics, business intelligence, building dashboards, SQL querying, etc. When I inquired what about my tech profile aligned with the role, recruiter Jennifer Hertz ghosted me. Macy's, if you read this: consider how this represents your brand and that job applicants remember experiences long after the job market changes.
