      Seven interviews, lengthy process and very time consuming. Bait and switch tactic on job offer as to job title at very end from one title that was specifically mentioned throughout the entire interview. When it came down to the end for the job offer, further review of the offer was just a generic job title and not what was originally advertised as the overall job title which was originally published. Very vague on salary and supposed bonus which they added on as part of the offer. No guarantee of bonus on a yearly basis as they did this to “pad” the final salary. No one had specific information or knew anything in depth about the bonus program or could answer my questions correctly. Took extensive notes and numerous contradictions and inconsistencies from all levels of management (the top doesn’t know what the bottom is doing). Seemed like everyone was on edge and had issues with each other. The VP’s and senior directors were great as the lower level director had a distinct, negative tone about him (seemed he had a great deal of conflict with everyone and the previous person who had the job). I wonder if the previous person left due to this assistant director who didn’t speak fond of the gentlemen who left the position and was with the company for over 18 years?

      online application a phone interview and two in person interviews. first was the call where a LP person conducted the rather vague interview, then a follow up call lead to the in person interview held at a macys store in your general area. the in person interview was conducted by a district manager. after that process a HR person contacts you and presents the offer contingent on you passing a drug and background check
