Filled out an application online and was contacted via email as to the date and time of my interview. The email was informative including the store address and where (which floor) the interview would take place. I was taken to an interview room by my future boss and asked a series of questions. Basically, he wanted to get a feel for my problem solving skills and initiative. At the end of my interview he thanked me for my time and walked me out. A couple days after that, I received a call and was told I was hired and what time and day to report.

I was interviewed by one woman, then she passed me on to another woman interview me after her and after that I was offered the job. The questions were fair and tough.

The interview process was not that hard. It consisted of a phone interview the a in person interview the following week. The questions they asked were not to hard or serious. I ended up getting a call back later that day with a job offering?
