My first manager invited me and went over my experience they were not helpful for new employees and trying to find where to do the interview they were very disorganized and the entire process was very chaotic and stressful and trying to be a professional in such a chaotic environment however they gave me the job on the spot

The interviewer was very friendly. The envirnoment was busy, diverse but professional. i would recommend wearing black since that is the attire for sales associates unless you are applying for juniors department. i interviewed w/ one manager. Be confident, friendly, smile, sales experience is a plus but customer service is the key. Macys is a company that prides themselves on outstanding customer service. Know why you want to work at Macy's instead of its competitors, and what can you bring to the team.
