Firstly, the hiring manger was not available for actual interview. Another HR associate did the interview. It was very impersonal , and she read off a sheet to ask interview questions. After the interview was complete I realized I didn't actually want that position, and I later declined the offer because I don't think I would have enjoyed working for a company who conducts interviews as I stated.

Met with one recruiter for behavioral questions. The recruiter seemed very friendly and really emphasized coaching, leadership, and communication skills. The second part of the interview consisted of analyzing a chart of fake employees' performance reviews and designing a mock conversation/decision to help improve the employee. Everyone seemed nice and interested in you, but be wary of their real view of you.
