Interview was with the Merchandise Team Manager. It consisted of what would/did you do in this situation type questions. She only asked maybe 5 questions or so. We discussed my availability and my past work experience. I only had one previous job but I think because I had been there for nearly six years it worked in my favor. She expained the job and what a normal day as a merchandiser might be like. She asked if I was interested and I was offered a job the spot. It didn't feel too much like an interview. She was very friendly.

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.

One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
